Kin Therapy is hiring aMental Health Therapistto join our virtual adolescent IOP. This is a full-time W2 role for a clinician who wants to do strong clinical work with teens and families, without the usual outpatient churn, unpaid admin, and insurance headaches. At Kin, therapists work with one small cohort of roughly 7 to 10 teens, have meaningful clinical depth, and are paid for both clinical and administrative time. Small, stable cohort size so you can actually get to know your clients Typical therapist delivers about 25 clinical hours per week Paid for clinical work and admin time Remote, team-supported, and tech-assisted workflows W2 role with health benefits Strong clinical collaboration and visible outcomes tracking About the role Our virtual Intensive Outpatient Program offers more than a standard weekly therapy session. We provide daily structure, peer interaction, and family involvement, with tools and workflows designed to reduce administrative burden so therapists can focus on care. This role combines group, individual, and family therapy within a cohesive teen cohort, alongside close collaboration with a clinical team that prioritizes quality over box-checking. What you’ll do Build deep relationships with one cohort of teens Facilitate skills‑based, process, and experiential groups Provide individual and family sessions Work closely with families with empathy and clarity Use our internal tools to streamline notes, scheduling, and follow‑up Tailor treatment plans to teens’ real lives using evidence‑based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and ACT You may be a fit if you have An independent license such as LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent At least 2 years of experience working with adolescents and families Comfort leading engaging virtual groups with both structure and warmth A trauma‑informed, culturally responsive, and tech‑comfortable approach A desire for less admin and more meaningful clinical time IOP or PHP experience Spanish fluency Comfort with outcomes and data Experience with experiential modalities such as art, drama, music, narrative, or somatic work Compensation and schedule $60,000 to $70,000 base compensation Full‑time W2, 40 hours per week Group programming runs Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM ET Individual and family sessions are scheduled around group times Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), and paid malpractice coverage Licensing and location Active, unrestricted license in any U.S. state Fully remote role Reliable internet and a private workspace required We fund and fast‑track Florida telehealth registration if needed If you want to do great work with teens in a model built for quality care, clinician sustainability, and better outcomes, we’d love to hear from you.
