Director, Legal Operations

In this role, you will help make history by enabling the Legal Department to deliver high-quality legal services efficiently, consistently, and cost-effectively. As Director, Legal Operations, you will serve as a central operational partner to the Executive Vice President and General Counsel for department operations, financial management, outside counsel and vendor management, legal technology, reporting, process improvement, and project execution. The ideal candidate will be a commercially-minded, pragmatic business partner who can translate priorities into practical operating plans, manage cross-functional workstreams and use data to improve decision-making.

This is a hybrid role based in Camden, NJ.

You will be a member of Campbell's Legal Department and will report to Campbell's Executive Vice President and General Counsel. You will partner closely with attorneys, legal professionals, Finance, IT, Procurement, People & Culture, outside counsel, alternative legal service providers, and other business partners in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment.

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $170,200-$234,100. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
