RN - Ambulatory Care
Shift: 5x8s, 7a-330p Monday-Friday Call Requirements: N/A Weekend Requirement: N/A RTO: Submissions with no RTO within first 4-5 weeks of assignment will be prioritized 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive. No holiday RTO. No RTO the day prior or after a holiday. No RTO on weekends. Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Cook is a MANDATORY FLOAT FACILITY, all resources are required to float at the facilities discretion. Guaranteed Hours: 40 Years of experience REQ: 2 years required. Certs REQ: BLS Locals accepted: Yes - locals only. Must live within 75 miles of the facility. $77 is local BR. Pending License accepted: No Special Requirements: N/A Clinic Highlights Scrub Color: Any solid color Charting: Cerner Parking Cost: $2/day Limited parking at Juvenile Temporary Detention Center (JTDC) (A shuttle runs every 15 minutes between Professional Building, Stroger and JTDC). Alternative options - $30/day Stroger Hospital Parking Garage or Metered Street Parking. Public Transit highly recommended.
