Job Summary We are seeking a skilled, dedicated, and customer‑focused Plumber to diagnose, repair, maintain, and install plumbing systems and fixtures for residential and commercial clients. This role requires exceptional technical proficiency, strong problem‑solving, and outstanding customer service. This position offers a competitive Draw vs. Commission compensation plan, providing financial stability with potential for higher earnings based on performance. Key Responsibilities Perform plumbing services: maintenance, emergency repairs, drain cleaning, leak detection, pipe repair/replacement, water heater (tank/tankless) installation/repair, and fixture installation. Accurately diagnose issues and clearly communicate solutions and upfront pricing to customers. Install/maintain water supply, waste disposal, and gas lines per codes. Conduct inspections; adhere to all codes, safety regulations, and company policies. Maintain accurate records and manage truck stock. Participate in an on‑call rotation for emergency services. Uphold company commitment to professionalism and integrity. Qualifications Experience: Minimum 3‑5 years verifiable plumbing experience (residential/commercial). Customer Focus: Excellent communication to explain technical info clearly and empathetically. Problem‑Solving: Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
