Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $134,100.00 – $223,500.00. This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to 20% or $$, based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives in accordance with the current terms of the incentive program which are subject to change.

The pay range provided above is not a guarantee of compensation. The range reflects the potential base pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. We are looking for product managers to help guide and chart a course for Grainger's enterprise systems and application development so that Grainger continues to be the destination for "the ones that get it done".This role will lead product strategy for Grainger's newly established Customer-Facing APIs team, defining the vision, roadmap, and product strategy for APIs that enable customers, partners, and third-party developers to seamlessly integrate with Grainger.

You will play a key role in shaping the future ofeProcurement, Grainger’s largest and fastest-growing order channel toward more scalable, self-service integrations, and end-to-end visibility across the eProintegrationlifecycle.

You will work with engineering, design, and operations to develop and launch innovative aspects of a product. You are creative and highly analytical, able to work in a matrix organization, can synthesize a variety of technologies and capabilities into products and applications that customers love.

Success in this role will require you to deep diveinGrainger’s end-to-end processes from intake, integration, order, invoice, and payment, ensuring solutions address root causes rather than layering on complexity.You will report to the Director, Product Management and will work on a hybrid basisoutof our Chicago, IL office.

You Will

You Have

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experiencerequired
• 7+ years product management or equivalent experiencerequired
• 3+ years of experience managing API, platform, or integration products, withdemonstratedexperience in customer-facing API design and strategy.
• Strong experience with Process Design
• Demonstratedcomfortoperatingin highly visible, cross-functional roll, with experience leadingchange management and driving adoption acrosscomplexorganizations
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced ability to use data, experimentation, and insights to guide decisions.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Proven ability tooperateeffectively in high-ambiguity environments.
