You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintain physical medical recordsUpdate patients' electronic health records (EHR)Respond to ROI (release of information) requests for medical recordsValidate requests and authorizations for the release of medical informationEnsure that clinical documentation of the services provided to our patients is correctPrepare charts for patient visitsFollow all HIPAA regulationsPerform other clerical duties as needed, such as invoicingRequirements and QualificationsA high school diploma or GED certificateMedical records experience preferredKnowledge of medical terminology a plusBasic computer skillsBilingual ability (English and Spanish preferred)Attention to detailCommunication skillsEmail resumes to: View email address on click.appcast.io
