Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving patrol officer at a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine vehicle and foot patrols, help to deter security-related incidents, and support access control and alarm response. Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a technology and communications location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and sharing updates with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related issues.
• Monitor entry points, visitor activity, and restricted areas while verifying credentials and following post instructions for deliveries, vendors, and after-hours access.
• Support security-related operations by observing workplace conditions, reporting unusual activity, and assisting with evacuations, disturbances, and/or other site incidents as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
