Physical Therapist As a Physical Therapist at Powerback, you will help patients get well. In doing this, you will assess patient needs, develop their recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy. Location In facility Reporting Structure Reporting to Director of Rehab Responsibilities Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans. Deliver physical therapy services. Collaborate with peers and make referrals to support patient care. Teach patients and caregivers the skills needed to promote independence and productivity. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master's degree in Physical Therapy, or a related field plus a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.
