You will: Greet customers and confidently start conversations Present and sell Glide Xpress membership plans Explain pricing, value, and benefits in a clear, honest way Create a positive, memorable customer experience Track your sales and work toward daily and monthly goals Stay active and engaged throughout your shift (outdoors and on your feet) Support your team in hitting site-wide performance targets Who We’re Looking For This role is for people who want more than hourly pay—you want to win.
