What You’ll Do Supervise, train, and develop a team of Maintenance Technicians Oversee daily operations including PM programs and work order management Troubleshoot equipment failures and lead root cause analysis Maintain safety standards (OSHA), quality controls, and KPIs Improve systems, eliminate downtime, and drive operational excellence What You Bring 5+ years’ industrial maintenance experience (preferably in food manufacturing) 3+ years in a supervisory role Strong knowledge of CMMS systems and Microsoft Office Skilled in reading technical documents and producing clear reports Must complete OSHA 10‑hour training within 3 months Great People Deserve Great Benefits! 401(k) with company matching Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) A values‑driven, employee‑owned culture that invests in you Additional Information Own your future.
