Strong communicator with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to community management. Core Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of assigned condominium or homeowners' associations
- Serve as primary liaison to Board Members and provide operational guidance
- Coordinate and facilitate Board meetings, including agendas, reports, and follow-ups
- Manage vendors, contractors, and maintenance personnel to ensure service quality and efficiency
- Enforce community rules, regulations, and governing documents
- Supervise onsite staff and support operational workflows
- Assist with budgeting, financial tracking, and administrative reporting
- Respond to resident concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance community operations
- Participating in ongoing training, meetings, and professional development activities
- 1 year of Active Florida LCAM license required
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
- 1 year of experience in community association management required, 2 years of industry experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of condominium and HOA operations and Florida Statutes
- Experience with vendor management, budgeting, and administrative oversight
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software preferred, CINC software is a plus
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
