Veterinary Practice Manager

Primary Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of a successful Veterinary Practice Eliminate roadblocks and manage escalated client situations Monitor KPIs, goals, and objectives, leading and developing the team as you work together to achieve success Participate in hiring, training, and developing a positive, collaborative practice team. Oversee day-to-day HR operations including, but not limited to, payroll, scheduling, inventory management, etc. Working closely with Practice Owners and Partners to implement strategic priorities. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university Experience managing teams of 10 or more employees in a client/customer focused setting (required) Previous management experience - OR - prior Veterinary Management Experience (required) A growth mindset with regard to your professional skills is a must! The sincerely held belief that relationships are the #1 driver of success - especially with your team! The ability to work autonomously, training staff and implementing initiatives independently. A strong background in coaching/mentoring employees with a positive leadership style. Hours & Availability This is a full time opening! Your availability should align with our hours of operation as follows: Mon & Tue: 7:30am – 6:00pm Wed: 8:00am – 2:00pm Thu & Fri: 7:30am – 6:00pm Sat: 9:00am – 1:00pm Compensation & Benefits Our leadership team members can expect competitive pay and great benefits! The starting range for this position is $30 to $35 per hour, dependent upon education and/or experience.
