Physical Therapist Acute Care

Nealy Pierce, LLC is partnering with a leading hospital to hire an Acute Care Physical Therapist. In this full-time, inpatient role, you will evaluate and treat diverse adult and geriatric patients with complex medical and post-surgical needs. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, individualized treatment planning, functional mobility and gait training, patient and family education, and active participation in interdisciplinary rounds. You’ll document accurately in the EMR, support safe discharge planning, and contribute to quality and process-improvement initiatives.
