Bilingual CSR/Guard Shack Clerk

We are seeking a reliable Bilingual CSR/Guard Shack Associate to support daily operations at a busy facility in Garden City, GA . This role requires someone who is comfortable working outdoors, interacting with truck drivers, and maintaining accurate documentation. Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency are essential. This position is intended to convert to full-time for the right candidate, and an interview will be required.
Responsibilities
• Check in and check out all incoming and outgoing trucks
• Verify paperwork, log driver information, and maintain accurate records
• Communicate clearly with drivers, warehouse staff, and leadership
• Perform outdoor duties including inspecting trucks and directing traffic
• Use computer systems for data entry, documentation, and reporting
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional guard shack environment
Requirements
• Bilingual: English & Spanish
• Comfortable working outdoors for long periods
• Strong customer service and people skills
• Basic computer skills (email, data entry, logging information)
• Ability to work 7 AM–5:30 PM with required overtime Monday–Friday and weekends as needed
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
