Data Analyst

About this role Position: Data Analyst Location: 141 W. Jackson Blvd., Suite 500, Chicago, IL 60604 Responsibilities Evaluate data flow and capture, anticipate requirements, and uncover areas for improvement. Develop and implement solutions that meet business needs and requirements. Communicate results and trends to management with recommendations for change. Perform software and data quality testing. Understand the full end-to-end process and desired outcomes. Update, implement, and maintain procedures. Create useful data visualizations to support business decision‑making. Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects. Work in a hybrid environment with at least three mandatory days in office. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent foreign degree. At least one year of experience in business analysis or related role. Experience comparing data, analyzing raw data, and using SQL for transactional and relational databases. Proficiency with BI tools, including Looker, Tableau, and Power BI. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Hybrid work requirement with at least three mandatory days in office. Salary Range $74,277 - $103,500 per year (may vary by experience and location).
