Senior Event Security & Operations Manager

Senior Manager, Event Security Player 15 Group is the sports and entertainment company behind the Phoenix Suns (NBA), Phoenix Mercury (WNBA), Valley Suns (G League), and Mortgage Matchup Center. Responsibilities include overseeing event security operations, ensuring safety compliance, coordinating with venue staff, and managing security teams during events. Event Staff The Event Staff team supports the setup, execution, and breakdown of events while ensuring a positive experience for attendees. Assist with event logistics and attendee assistance. Event Ownership, Planning & Management Develop and manage in-person or virtual events, preparing detailed budgets, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring event delivery. Event Assistant Supports promotional events and customer engagement initiatives. Stays organized, manages schedules, and handles attendee interactions. Event Coordinator for Party Rentals Visits multiple event sites to drop off, stage, or install event rental equipment including tenting, flooring, and lighting. Performs site preparation and post-event cleanup. Internal & External Event Lead Leads strategy, planning, and execution of high-impact internal and external events, including client engagements, executive programs, and trade shows. Event Planner Responsible for organizing the creative development, execution, and implementation of the firm's conferences and events as identified by the leadership team. Ensures alignment with business objectives. Banquet Event Server – Phoenix Event assignments across the greater Phoenix area, including downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Glendale, and Paradise Valley. Cleaner – Arena / Stadium / Convention Center Maintain cleanliness, stock supplies, and upkeep of assigned areas within an arena, sports stadium, convention center or other entertainment venues. #J-18808-Ljbffr First Global Management Services
