Description

• Assess patients in either inpatient or outpatient settings and develop personalized treatment plans
• Implement physical therapy interventions aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall functionality

• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic objectives, discharge processes, and home exercise routines

• Engage in team-based care rounds and interdisciplinary meetings to affirm coordinated patient care

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
