SAP CR&B for Utilities - Architect

Job Description Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 6-8 Years of experience in SAP CRM 7.0 for Utilities and IS-Utility Billing with minimum 3(three) implementation projects. Overall experience in SAP should be minimum 10-Years. Necessary Skills : Must have worked as a Solution architect and/or Functional consultant in large engagements for Utility customers, who are into retail & distribution of electricity, gas or water. Understanding of end-to-end Customer facing processes in Utilities industry both in Deregulated and Regulated market. Should have been actively involved in Design, Solution and Configuration of SAP CRM for Utilities in version higher than CRM 7.0 EHP1. Should have a thorough understanding of IS-U Front-office-process and CRM guided processes. Should have worked on Technical Master data, Master Data Templates, tariff structure, billing schema of IS-Utility. Should have worked on SAP CRM Web UI Configuration. Should have knowledge of Utilities Product design and Simplified Product Configuration. Should have knowledge on multiple channel integration with SAP-CRM Interaction centre and CRM-Service. Nice-to-have experience in integrating any customer self-service front-end with SAP CRM and IS-utilities with services of Multi-channel foundation for Utilities (MCFU). Nice-to-have experience in S/4 HANA 1610 based Utilities. Nice-to-have experience in Hybris Cloud for Customer – Utility add-on. Should have excellent Communications skills. Should have experience in SAP pre-sales and working in consulting engagements.

Roles & Responsibilities : Candidate should be able to play of Solution Architect in CR&B area for Utilities and led blueprint/explore/design phase of implementation engagement. Candidate should be independently able to handle consulting, scoping & assessment engagements in the area of CR&B for Utilities. Candidate should be independently able to manage customers in all communication/interactions. Candidate should be able to plan and assign tasks to team members and then monitor for SLA Compliance. Report progress/challenges/risks to Programme Manager. Candidate should be hands-on in configuration, preparation of FS, review of FS.
