Our client, a dynamic organization in the talent acquisition industry, is seeking a Recruiter to join their team. As a Recruiter, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting the hiring process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Pay Range: $33.97hr

Shift: 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Partner with hiring managers to identify and implement effective recruiting strategies
• Screen applications, conduct pre-screening, and select qualified candidates
• Schedule and oversee interviews, ensuring a smooth process for all stakeholders
• Extend employment offers and negotiate terms with candidates
• Utilize traditional and innovative sourcing methods to attract top talent

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• At least two years of recruiting experience with knowledge of ATS systems
• Experience with candidate sourcing solutions and online recruitment tools
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of employment laws and legislation
