Help Desk Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
Providing frontline IT support, the full-time Help Desk Analyst will assist faculty, staff, and students through phone, email, and chat channels while troubleshooting technical issues and promoting service improvement in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support for software and account-related services Develop knowledge articles and test new technologies to improve service delivery Mentor student assistants and new staff while promoting knowledge sharing within the Help Desk Required qualifications Associate's Degree or equivalent experience 2 years of customer service experience Working technical knowledge of personal computers and operating systems (Windows and Mac) Knowledge of computer networking concepts, including DNS and DHCP Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts
