Elementary Math Instructional Coach (paid for by ESEA Funding) 2026 - 2027 School Year The Township of Union Public Schools is seeking dedicated, knowledgeable, and qualified Elementary Math Instructional Coach REQUIREMENTS: Hold a valid appropriate content/grade-level New Jersey standard instructional certificate. Have a minimum of 5 years teaching experience with effective or highly effective ratings. Hold a Master's Degree from an accredited college (preferred). Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of teaching subject-area content, child growth and development, effective instructional strategies, classroom management, assessment, data analysis and application, and research related to content area and teaching pedagogy. SALARY RANGE: $70,500 - $100,904 in accordance with the UTEA Agreement based on education and experience.
