Warehouse Manager

A Warehouse Manager completes various management, organization and planning tasks to maintain high performance of the warehouse’s storage and shipment processes. Their duties and responsibilities often include: Hands on manager picking and packing and working with team to improve processes Assist in Ecom growth Manage warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment Establish warehouse practices and protocols and follow policies and procedures Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve employees Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner Post KPI and share individual growth numbers with team Work with managers on product process flow Be a part of daily and weekly meetings with team Be a part of ERP implementation process Be a part of WMS launch and implementation process Forklift driving experience is a plus Report to Director and work with a team of 25 employees and 2 managers Phone/Emails 10%, Shipping Activity 70%, Special projects with Operations Mgr. 20% Work Location: onsite in North Wales, PA #J-18808-Ljbffr Annie International, Inc.
