We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to help grow our business within the defense, aerospace, government, and commercial markets. What You'll Do

-Develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing customer relationships

-Manage sales activities across defense, government, and commercial markets

-Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools

-Work closely with engineering and leadership to deliver customer-focused solutions

-Represent Laser Photonics at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events

-Help drive strategic growth and expand market presence

What We're Looking For

-Leadership experience with a proven ability to build strong customer relationships

-Experience in sales, business development, operations, or program management

-Background in defense, aerospace, manufacturing, industrial equipment, or government contracting is a plus

-Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

-Willingness to travel as needed

Salary: $60k-65k + 3% commission | medical/dental/vision/life insurance | 2 weeks PTO/3 days sick/company holidays
