This is an employment training program that provides skills development and support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through a mix of work/volunteer sites, in-person classes, and virtual meetings. As a DSP, you will lead both virtual and in-person groups at outdoor worksites. This is truly a job where no two days are the same, and you will make a difference every single day.About PathPoint: PathPoint is a nonprofit dedicated to helping people flourish. We partner with children, adults, and families to foster hope, build life skills, access support systems, and form meaningful relationships. We serve communities across Kern, Los Angeles, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura counties.Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:15am-2:30pm (Subject to change around program hours), 28.75 hours per week.Compensation: This is an hourly, non-exempt position starting at $21.75 per hour. If you are bilingual (Spanish or ASL), the starting wage is $22.05 per hour. The pay range for this position is $20.66-$22.84.
