\nBi-weekly Hours: 72.00\n

\nShift: primary 7p-7a, secondary 7a-7p; Rotating weekends, Rotating holidays\n
\n

\nAll Acute Care Adult Specialty units offer enhanced technology to assist with nursing care, including patient lifts, hands-free communication, virtual whiteboards, and telemetry monitoring capability.\n

\nPrimary Patient Population:\n
\n
\n• Variety of complex medical disorders\n
\n
\nPrimary skills utilized/learned:\n
\n
\n• IV placement, blood draws, foley catheter insertion/removal\n
\n
\n• Tracheostomy care, NG placement, PEG tube, various drains, wound care\n
\n
\n• Time management, critical thinking, and delegating\n
\n
\nPersonnel RN will work with:\n
\n
\n• LPNs, Patient Care Nursing Assistants (PCNAs), Nurse Interns, Providers, PT/OT, WOCN\n
\n
\nUnits RN will float:\n
\n
\n• Oncology, Telemetry, Post-Surgical, Orthopedic, Trauma Step Down, General Medicine\n
\n

\nRequired Qualifications:\n
\n
\n• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (or a program seeking accreditation).\n
\n
\n• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio\n
\n
\n• Current AHA Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider certification or obtained within 90 days of hire\n
\n
\n• 1 year of inpatient RN experience\n
\n
\n• PRN requires 1 year of relevant RN experience\n
\n
\nPreferred Qualifications:\n
\n
\n• BSN\n
\n
\n• Professional Certification recognized by the Magnet Association
