Field Service Manager

Canon U.S.A. seeks an On-Site Field Service Manager to lead field technicians supporting advanced imaging and printing systems for manufacturing customers. In this role, you will schedule and direct on-site service activities, ensure rapid response to equipment issues, and maintain high uptime and quality standards. You will act as the primary customer liaison, monitor service metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
