Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) - DSL Las Vegas

SunArch is looking for LPNs to join our Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) team. This role is ideal for nurses passionate about mental health, trauma-informed care, and working with youth in a therapeutic setting.

Responsibilities: 

• Assess and monitor patients' mental and physical health
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and coordinate psychiatric treatment
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support
• Collaborate with therapists, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure compliance with documentation and regulatory requirements 

Qualifications: 

• Must be 25 years or older
• Active LPN license in NV
• Experience in psychiatric, behavioral health, or adolescent care preferred
• Strong leadership, assessment, and crisis intervention skills
• Passion for providing patient-centered mental health care
