Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Schedule

7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 36 hours scheduled, 24 hours guaranteed. Note: No RTO during the first week of assignment.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse for an emergency room position. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work flexible shifts and locations as required. This role requires a strong background in emergency care and the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in the emergency department.
• Perform assessments, triage patients, and provide immediate medical care as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
• Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 24 months of recent ER experience within the last 12 months.
• Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI.
• No hits on state license to practice.
• Active ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications from approved vendors.
• Driver's license to verify residency.
• Travel experience is highly preferred.
