What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient Urology care in a busy clinic setting
• Manage a patient load of 24–28 adults per day, including urgent cases
• Perform core procedures such as cystoscopies, vasectomies, prostate procedures, ureteroscopy, and penile implants (not mandatory)
• Support hospital call coverage, including emergent torsion cases
• Consult on complex urology cases and coordinate with support staff
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation and patient management
• Supervise advanced practice providers (NPs/PAs)

What You Need

• Board Certification (BC or BE) in Urology
• Active Pennsylvania medical license or IMLC LOQ
• DEA license
• Minimum 1 year of Urology practice experience
• Strong procedural skills, including cystoscopy and vasectomy procedures

Preferred:

• Robotic surgery experience
• Supervisory experience with advanced practice providers

The clinic offers a blend of cysto, stent procedures, and office visits, supporting a diverse adult patient population.
