CNC Machine Operator

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for operating and overseeing CNC machines to produce parts and components as per design specifications.


Job Duties:
• Operating CNC machines to produce parts based on pre-programmed instructions.
• Loading raw materials (metal, wood, etc.) into the CNC machine and unloading finished parts.
• Starting and monitoring machine operations to ensure the product is made according to specifications.
• Keeping a close eye on machine operations during the production cycle to detect any issues or malfunctions.
• Inspecting and measuring finished parts using calipers, micrometers, or other precision tools to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
• Adjusting machine settings (e.g., speed, feed, and cutting tools) as needed to maintain product quality.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience with CNC Operation - Mills / Lathes
• Experience with Reading Blueprints and measurements
• Able to lift and/or move up to 50lbs
• Able to stand for 8+ hours a day
