Johnson & Johnson seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Neuroscience division to serve as the primary field-based expert on patient access, reimbursement education, and issue resolution with healthcare providers across Michigan and Indiana. The role emphasizes on-site engagement, data-driven problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration to support patient treatment adherence.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers on reimbursement processes, claims submission, and coding requirements
• Conduct on-site assessments of provider education needs and facilitate stakeholder collaboration
• Serve as access and reimbursement expert for field sales teams and account management
• Proactively identify and address patient access barriers using data and account insights
• Build relationships with managed care colleagues to monitor coverage policy changes and developments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or public administration
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Extensive knowledge of medication access channels and payer systems
• Ability to analyze complex quantitative and qualitative data
• Strong critical thinking and intellectual curiosity
• Understanding of evolving healthcare ecosystem and coverage policies
• Advanced degree (MBA or MPH) preferred
