Collaboration Engineer

Responsibilities Develop, implement, and support collaboration related services and solutions for consulting clients. Build a customer-focused relationship with clients to identify business challenges and develop specifications and requirements to arrive at the best solution. Provide support, maintenance, and administration for HBS’ customers. Work in a team atmosphere between regional and virtual practices while at all times maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor. Maintain current vendor/industry specific certifications and stay current on new products and solutions. Requirements 6 months to 1 year in a technical related field, internship, or equivalent. Associate's degree, equivalent certifications or equivalent work experience. CCNA or equivalent. Working knowledge of one of the following collaboration solutions: Cisco On Prem and/or Webex, Zoom Calling, Microsoft Teams Voice. Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in developing and supporting collaboration solutions while maintaining strong client relationships.
