Location: Omaha, Nebraska Company: MaxAbility Therapy Services Position Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN Hourly: $35-$50/hour with guaranteed hours with full-time position MaxAbility is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team in Omaha, Nebraska. Full time, part time, and PRN position(s) available in multigenerational clinic settings in Omaha, Nebraska. Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team in Omaha, Nebraska. As an SLP, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where you can make a difference in the lives of children and adults with speech, language, and communication disorders. Responsibilities Speech-language pathologists (SLPs) work to prevent, assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children and adults. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. Work collaboratively with professionals from many other disciplines. Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families about communication disorders and treatment strategies. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in the field. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Nebraska and/or Iowa. New graduates are considered, with supervision provided for completing their clinical fellowship year. Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders, assessment techniques, and therapeutic interventions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate, patient, and committed to improving the lives of patients.
