Located on a scenic 55-acre campus in the heart of Texas Hill Country Starlite Recovery Center has been a trusted leader in addiction treatment and recovery since 1957 serving adults ages 18 struggling with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. The center offers a full continuum of care including medically supervised detoxification residential treatment partial hospitalization (PHP) intensive outpatient programming (IOP) and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) supported by evidence-based therapies such as CBT and DBT. Specialized treatment tracks for LGBTQ individuals military veterans first responders and faith-based recovery provide highly personalized care for diverse patient populations.

As the Director of Program Management you will provide leadership and oversight of therapeutic programming ensuring operational excellence regulatory compliance and exceptional patient outcomes across Starlites recovery services. This is an opportunity to shape innovative treatment programs develop high-performing clinical teams and make a meaningful impact within one of Texas most established addiction recovery centers.

The ideal candidate will be an independely licensed clinican in the state of TX (I.e. LCSW LPC LMFT LMHC Psychologist).

PURPOSE STATEMENT:

P lan direct and coordinate the activities of the facilitys therapeutic programs .

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• D evelop and maintain administrative and clinical operations that provide the highest quality care and best possible outcomes for the patients . Provide supervision to program staff.
• P lan and implement program goals objectives personnel resources and equipment. Implement the approved program plan objectives timetables expected outcome and measures for assigned areas of responsibility.
• Oversee the programs budget and policies regarding participant involvement program requirements and benefits. Work may involve directing counselors clinical staff or other facility / clinic staff involved in the delivery of services through the program. Organizes manages and coordinates all operational and administrative processes.
• Develop and implement operating policies and procedures for the program or organization; ensure procedures and workflow are consistent with organizational objectives treatment protocol regulations and standards of care; ensure that operations conform to established environmental safety and infection control requirements. Identify opportunities to improve programs efficiencys

• Provide staff management to including hiring development training performance management and communication to ensure effective and efficient department operation.
• Responsible for an assigned caseload if applicable to the program.
• Support teach and act as a program resource for other staff members.
• Provide direct care relative to diagnosis and therapeutic management independently using consultation where appropriate .
• Monitor staff schedules to ensure that appropriate staffing levels are available to facilitate care in a timely manner.

• Develop and implement treatment plans develop and maintain and audit charts and records for patients.
• Serve as liaison and provide consultation with other staff on related issues regulations and standards pertaining to area of clinical specialty.
• Provide outreach services in area of clinical specialty as needed.

OTHER FUNCTIONS:

• Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree in behavioral health or related field required . Masters degree in behavioral health preferred.
• Four or more years experience working in behavioral health .
• One or more years management experience .

LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:

• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification (training available upon hire and offered by facility).
• First aid may be based on state or facility.
