Fulfillment Associate , Pick and Pack

Our client is growing and looking for motivated, reliable people to join their fulfillment team! If you like staying active, working with a team, and being part of New York's legal cannabis industry, this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door. No two days are the same, and you'll play a key role in making sure cannabis products get packed correctly and sent out on time to licensed dispensaries across the state. They have tight deadlines to hit, so individuals who have a strong attention to detail, are team-oriented, and understand this is a business at the end of the day should apply!
What You'll Do

Pick and pack cannabis products for customer orders

Prepare orders for shipment with care and accuracy

Help keep inventory organized and easy to find

Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and running smoothly

Work with your team to hit daily goals and deadlines
(Duties may change as business needs grow.)
What We're Looking For

Reliable, on-time, and ready to work

Able to lift and move 50 lbs or more throughout the shift

Comfortable working in a warehouse setting (some indoor/outdoor work)

Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Professional and respectful at all times

Reliable transportation to and from work

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older

High school diploma or GED

Warehouse experience is a plus, but not required — we're happy to train the right person
