Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and professional caregiver to provide supportive in-home care and assistance to clients with a range of daily living needs. The ideal candidate is attentive, patient, and committed to helping individuals maintain comfort, dignity, and independence in a safe and respectful environment.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting as directed by the care plan.
• Provide support with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation as appropriate.
• Offer companionship and emotional support while promoting client independence.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties, including laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean care environment.
• Support medication reminders and other non-clinical tasks as permitted by agency policy and care directives.
• Observe and report changes in client condition, behavior, or needs to the appropriate supervisor.
• Follow care plans, safety procedures, infection control guidelines, and client-specific instructions.
• Maintain accurate documentation as required by the agency or care setting.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Completion of PCA/HHA training or certification preferred, depending on state or employer requirements.
• Prior experience in home care, caregiving, or a related support role is an asset.
• Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with clients, families, and care team members.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a caring, patient demeanor.
• Ability to follow directions, maintain confidentiality, and respond appropriately to changing needs.
• Physical ability to perform caregiving duties, which may include standing, lifting, bending, and assisting with transfers.
