Summary:

• We are seeking a Business Analyst to support customer acquisition, fraud prevention, and marketing initiatives.
• The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, customer data, and fraud trends to identify opportunities, improve operational efficiency, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze fraud trends, risks, and controls to recommend process improvements.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and business metrics to track performance.
• Collaborate with business users, product owners, architects, and mainframe developers.
• Present findings and recommendations to business stakeholders.
• Create process flows, use cases, interface specifications, and data-mapping documents.
• Maintain project documentation and business process artifacts.

Required Skills:

• Experience in Business Analysis within Cards Acquisitions, Fraud, Marketing, or Financial Services domains.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and reporting/BI tools.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with mainframe systems (COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS) / Java Microservices is preferred.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Salary Range - $70,000-$100,000 a year
