Travel Physical Therapist - $2,059 per week

Job Overview Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Manchester, Connecticut. This is a 13‑week assignment, ASAP start, 40 hours per week, 8‑hour shifts. Travel position. Responsibilities Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services. Provide direct patient care to assess medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation. Establish and administer a treatment program with goals aligned to patient capacity and tolerance under physician direction. Set realistic and achievable goals, document and record patient conditions. Educate patients and families in appropriate physical therapy methods. Requirements Graduate from an accredited physical therapy school. Hold current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (RPT) or be in the process of obtaining it. Current CPR certification. Develop individualized treatment plans. Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions per physician orders. Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet therapy goals.
