AMI NY - Stock Supervisor

AMI is looking for a Stock Supervisor for its Soho, NY location! Reporting to the Store Manager, the Stock Supervisor will manage back‑of‑house operations. Alongside his/her team, the Stock Supervisor will track and monitor inventory and develop processes to maximize efficiency. Inventory Management Oversee shipping and receiving Executing weekly cycle counts and ensure physical products match system Investigate any shortages or discrepancies Ensure accurate product and supply inventory Prepare mid‑year and annual physical inventory inventories Develop and share ideas to increase efficiency, support store initiatives and projects as needed Team Leadership Partner with Store Manager and sales team to support visual merchandising, execute and collection launches Train and support team on day‑to‑day back of house policies and procedures Lead by example on company standards and expectations Who You Are Organized, efficient and self‑starter Detail oriented, operationally sound. Team player with a strong sense of team leadership to deliver results beyond expectations Excellent customer service skills and strong ability to foster a customer‑service spirit in store Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for 8 hours a day Open availability, holidays and weekends required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of stock management experience Knowledge of CEGID is a plus!
