Come join the team and see how you can make a lasting impact on the world.We are looking for a Sr. Engineer, Manufacturing Operations, located at our Corporate Headquarters in Santa Clara, CA.What You Will Be Doing:Engage in new product ATE new product integration (NPI) preparation, including software and hardwareCoordinate and prepare the capacity for NPI engineering and early sample productionPlan and lead across functional teams to transitioning from NPI to mass production - NPI CP/FT/BI capacitySupport NPI lab activities including engineering debug and hardware purchasing, scheduling, and planningAdvanced technology group support – process TV (test vehicle) testing supportWhat We Need To See:Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience); master's is a plus12+ years of relevant experienceValidated expertise in capacity forecasting, and deploying sophisticated planning tools like Anaplan or ops data platformStrong analytical, problem-solving, and scenario planning skills with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity in a fast-paced environmentEffective collaborator and communicator, proven track record to drive cross-functional teams and external manufacturing partnersWays To Stand Out From The Crowd:Good experience working with contract manufacturers and leading OSAT engineering teams and initiativesFamiliarity with semiconductor or test hardware engineering.
