Speech Language Pathologist

This contract assignment spans the 20262027 school year and focuses on working with a caseload of 4055 students in an Autism Spectrum Disorder program. Key Qualifications: Active state Speech-Language Pathology license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Previous experience in school-based SLP roles, particularly working with ASD populations, is highly desirable Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and an ability to manage diverse caseloads independently Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for successful teamwork with educators, students, and families What Youll Do: Provide direct speech and language intervention to students with varying needs in an onsite school setting Evaluate and develop Individualized Education Plan (IEP) goals, monitoring progress and updating as necessary Conduct assessments, write clear and concise reports, and maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and district guidelines Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support students academic and communication success Attend and participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations for best practice strategies Youll be working onsite, gaining valuable experience while building strong relationships within the school community.
