Our company prides itself on building relationships with our referring physicians through patient treatment outcomes and physician interaction. Many of our patients are self-referred by word of mouth from family, friends, or community contacts. PRO Rehab provides our therapists the privilege of being someone's Physical Therapist "for life", and being able to help guide their health and wellness when needed.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Implements, with minimal supervision, high-quality physical therapy services for patients, in accordance with the principles and practices of occupational therapy and with PRO Rehabilitation Services policies and procedures.
- Develops treatment plans, supervises assistants and aides, and provides quality patient care.
- Facilitates open communication with patients and PRO Rehabilitation Services staff members.
- Enhances and expands relationships and open communication with physicians and their office staff.
- Participates in community activities to promote PRO Rehab and support the local communities.
What You Bring:
- Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy.
- Valid PA State Physical Therapist License
- Experience preferred but new grads are welcome to apply!
