Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a caseload of approximately 14–16 patients per day
• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients in an outpatient setting
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and functional goals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of California or eligibility to obtain one
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience working in an outpatient physical therapy setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume patient caseload efficiently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient and team interaction
