Job TitlePrimary Tasks:Perform assigned opening tasksSet up and stock station with all necessary suppliesPrepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables or making sauces)Fulfill the guests' expectations by providing quality food on timePrepare and cook food items based on standard recipesFollow operating proceduresHandle special circumstancesTrack food qualityProcess and manage food ticketsNotify cashiers of completed ordersMaintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guestsAnswer, report and follow restaurant manager's or owner's instructionsUse cost-control measuresFollow sanitation guidelinesClean up station and take care of foodStock inventory appropriatelyPerform closing tasksCoordinate with and assist fellow employees to meet guests' needs and support the operation of the restaurant.Complete daily kitchen choresReplenish supplies and report when items are needed for ordering.Clean kitchen and take out trash.Assist with washing of dishes and deep cleaning as needed.Attend all scheduled employee meetings and offers suggestions for improvement.Work schedule:8 hour shift10 hour shift12 hour shiftWeekend availabilityMonday to FridayBenefits:Flexible schedulePaid training
