Wealth Management Associate

Garry Executive Search has been retained by a well-established, fee-only wealth management firm in Central New Jersey to recruit a Client Service Associate to support a growing advisory team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in wealth management operations or client service who enjoys being at the center of the client experience and wants to grow long-term within a collaborative, team-oriented firm. The Opportunity This role sits within a highly collaborative wealth management environment where every client is served by a team , not an individual advisor. The Client Service Associate plays a key role in supporting advisors, ensuring a smooth client experience, and keeping day-to-day operations running efficiently. You’ll have exposure to multiple areas of the business—including onboarding, account maintenance, portfolio administration, and client communication—while working closely with advisors and operations professionals.
