Get to Know Your Team: UT Health Jacksonville features 33 operational beds, an ICU, a 24-hour ED designated as a Level IV trauma center and acute stroke ready facility, a maternity unit, advanced diagnostic technology, surgical suites, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, a wound healing center, and a UT Health East Texas Olympic Center fitness and rehabilitation facility. Responsibilities Patient check in/out, appointment scheduling, scanning and filing documents, and insurance verification. Obtaining authorization, collecting payments and charge posting. Faxing medical records requests and scheduling patients for injections at the hospital.
