Join us!What You'll Do:Support daily management of department duties, including allocating labor, leading meetings, proactively monitoring workflow volumes, and assigning job dutiesEnsure successful area performance, through tracking, reporting and feedback of technician and associate performanceIdentify trends and opportunities to improve quality and performance in fulfillment operations. Communicate these opportunities and collaborate with leadership and other pertinent stakeholders to improve resultsCoach associates and technicians in best practices and address knowledge gaps and opportunitiesServe as a subject matter expert for all fulfillment roles and function as a catalyst for changeReview and assist in updating SOPs as neededAssist in keeping work area clean and organizedFill in as needed with production dutiesWhat You'll Need:Active pharmacy technician license or registration in good standing, or ability to obtain itAt least 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician, ideally in a high-volume fulfillment, mail-order, or central fill environmentStrong knowledge of pharmacy processes, protocols, and compliance requirementsTechnical aptitude and comfort learning new systems and softwareExcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach, train, and support team membersDemonstrated problem-solving and analytical skillsA track record of strong performance and a drive to raise the barAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and shifting prioritiesAbility to lift, carry, and move materials (up to 50 lbs) and operate basic warehouse equipmentFlexibility to work shifts, weekends, or extended hours as needed to meet operational demandsLocation/HoursFull time, On-site role in Chesterfield, MO - 400 S Woods Mill RoadShifts: (Sun-Wed) 07:00am-5:00PM or (Wed-Sat) 07:00am-5:00PM.Why Join Us: It is rare to have a company that both deeply impacts its customers and is able to provide its services across a massive population.
