Systems Project Manager, Tolling & Contact Center OperationsJob Posting Title: Systems Project Manager, Tolling & Contact Center Operations (Onsite - New York | Relocation Assistance Provided)Date: Thursday, August 27, 2026City: RemoteCountry: United StatesWorking time: Full-timeDescription & RequirementsEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Plan, manage, and oversee infrastructure delivery services.Assist with project budget, resources, and schedule.Ensure delivery of project lifecycle documents, including, but are not limited to, Project Plan, Installation Plan, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Systems Design Document, Configuration Management (CM) Plan, Release Management Plan, & Risk Management Plan.Track costs, schedule, and project performance, and take corrective actions, when necessary, to ensure that projects are within budget, on schedule, and meet quality standards & customer satisfaction.Utilize Project Management (PM) lifecycle and Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree required.Minimum of 5 years of project management experience required.Project Management Professional (PMP).Experience in a variety of project management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.EEO Statement: Maximus is an equal opportunity employer. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. Minimum Salary $ 115,000.00. Maximum Salary $ 125,000.00.
