About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Major Projects to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of high-risk and high-profile projects, each valued over $100 million, that are expected to provide long-term community and economic benefits. This leadership role involves representing the company in high-level communication and stakeholder engagement, providing strategic advice on project management and performance, and fostering a culture of cooperation, collaboration, and growth within the Major Projects Directorate. The role requires a passionate individual with extensive experience in project management for major capital works, superior stakeholder engagement skills, and a proven ability to lead teams in achieving strategic objectives. As the Executive Director, you will be accountable for the successful delivery of projects from initiation to handover, ensuring they are completed within the approved scope, cost, and time parameters.
