Job Description
The Tumbling/Acro Instructor will lead small and large group classes focused on youth programs, delivering expert coaching in tumbling and acrobatics. This role involves assessing skills, planning classes, and ensuring a safe, motivating environment to help students improve their technique and progress in their abilities. The position operates on a regular weekday schedule with no travel required.
Responsibilities
- Coach tumbling and acrobatics skills effectively
- Assess student skills and track progress
- Plan classes tailored to varying skill levels
- Monitor safety during all activities
- Set up equipment for sessions
- Motivate students and correct technique
- Guide students through warm-up routines
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in gymnastics instruction
- Knowledge of gymnastics coaching and tumbling techniques
- Familiarity with acrobatics and safety compliance
- Strong communication and motivational skills
- Patience and ability to work within a team
